Refund & Returns Policy

At Ventarix, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Overview

Refunds or exchanges are only accepted if there is a proven issue or defect with the product.
If the product has been opened, used, and is functioning correctly and matches the listed specifications, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, returns are no longer accepted and the product will be handled through the manufacturer’s warranty.

Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges

You may request a refund or exchange only if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The product is damaged upon delivery
  • The product does not match the specifications listed on our website

To be eligible:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Refunds or exchanges will NOT be accepted if:

  • The product has been opened and is free of defects
  • The product is used, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • The product matches the listed specifications and has no technical issues
  • The return request is made after 30 days from the purchase date

The following items are also non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Personal care or hygiene-related items

Warranty After 30 Days

If a product develops an issue after the 30-day return period, it will be handled under the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Warranty processing may take 7 to 21 business days
  • Warranty service time depends on the manufacturer or service provider
  • Ventarix is not responsible for delays caused by third-party warranty centers

Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged products.

To request an exchange:

  • The item must be returned in accordance with our inspection requirements

Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returned items
  • Ventarix is not responsible for items lost during return shipping
